Spousal Sponsorship

Your family members or relatives can live, study and work in Canada if they become permanent residents of Canada. If you are eligible, you can sponsor certain relatives to come to Canada. There are some eligibility criteria:

1. Must be at least 18 years old
2. Must be a Canadian Citizen/Permanent Resident OR
3. Must be a registered Indian under the Canadian Indian Act.

You can sponsor or visit a family member such as:

1. Your spouse, partner or dependent children
2. Your adopted child
3. Your relatives
4. Your parents & grandparents
5. Visit your children & grandchildren
